CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE

The benefits of the use of photoperiod are obtained to the extent that the species are provided with an adequate photoperiod regimen (color, light intensity, light cycles) according to the objectives sought by the client (improve smoltification, increase growth rate, inhibit or advance maturity). In this sense, it is crucial to be able to quickly detect and repair any damage to the system, including lamps and electrical installation, in order to ensure the optimal functioning of the entire photoperiod system.

Understanding this need, is that at Luxmeter we offer the corrective maintenance service for lamps and electrical installation.

The process includes coordination of the reception of luminaires, the shipment by the client to our dependencies. Once received, our maintenance department carries out an inspection and diagnostic report, which will be the basis for the quote that is sent to the client prior to carrying out the work.

For the maintenance of electrical elements, a survey and preliminary sizing of the works is carried out remotely and a visit to the field by our team is scheduled to carry out repairs.

It is very important for us to be able to meet the dates required by our clients, which is why we ask that you request this service in advance in order to coordinate a convenient date, since the delivery time will depend on the number of lamps to be repaired and the work-in-progress planning.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

This service contributes to prolonging the useful life of the photoperiod system and ensuring the delivery of adequate light intensity continuously, since over time it can be affected by the development of fouling in lamps and eventual deterioration of boards due to blows or inclement weather. . The service includes 3 visits per cycle for Atlantic salmon and trout where the following will be carried out:

• Cable cleaning
• Bun cleaning
• Board check
